Feel discrimated.. Dakota Rea in the last week Wasn't allowed to use a simple "loaner car" when they allow them for other customers, felt discrimated due to my younger Dakota Rea in the last week Wasn't allowed to use a simple "loaner car" when they allow them for other customers, felt discrimated due to my younger age, they play politics inside their dealership if you provide negative feedback, even with me one of their loyal customers who bought a BMW from them and continued to pay my dues and get my car serviced. Feel let down, and will be going to get service somewhere else. More

Stands behind their cars I purchased a BMW 335i in early November. 3 weeks after purchase the Xenon light controller unit failed. Despite a misunderstanding regarding the warranty status and my having the car repaired at another BMW Dealership, the Service Manager went out of his way to find a way to assist reducing the financial impact of a vehicle failure 3 weeks after purchase. It is not how a dealer treats you when everything is perfect that measures their integrity, but how they respond to and deal with a problem. And for this I give the dealership and particularly the Service Manager 5 stars for his exceptionally customer focused response More

The price of the vehicle was better than any comparable vehicle found on CarMax anywhere We purchased a gently used Volvo through Kendall BMW of Bend. The price of the vehicle was better than any comparable vehicle found on CarMax anywhere in the U.S. Trevor Meredith, our sales representative, was outstanding. Every promise made was kept and all steps of the process were effortless. There were no high pressure techniques used and we were free to take as much time as needed to mull decisions along the way. All people we dealt with at the dealership were personable and "real". We are very happy with the car and we are confident it will allow us to transport our grandkids in safety and comfort. More

Beware if you purchased Jetta tdi at Kendall Before Kendall purchased the VW, Porsche, BMW, Audi dealership in Bend I had purchased new BMW and a new VW tdi Jetta. Once the emissions cheating sc Before Kendall purchased the VW, Porsche, BMW, Audi dealership in Bend I had purchased new BMW and a new VW tdi Jetta. Once the emissions cheating scandal came out about VW diesels, I asked Kendall what they were going to do for me as a loyal customer. The answer was that as a loyal customer they would "make me whole". The truth: they would do nothing. Absolute zero. I was willing to BUY a brand new BMW if they would give me a pre-cheating scandal trade on the Jetta. No deal. They essentially told me "tough luck"...the value of your Jetta has tanked and you have to deal with the loss. They sold me the Jetta. They misrepresented its "clean diesel" qualities. They may not have known of the problem at the time, but as a dealer they should share in covering my loss of value.. If anything happens to the value of your car you will carry the full burden. There are some good people working at Kendall in sales and service, but they do not set the policies of the dealership. Managers/owners can not be trusted to protect you or keep their promises. Buyer beware. More
