Service rates are outrageous. I have enjoyed my experience with BMW up until this service. Almost $1800.00 and still in limp mode! Service rates to high!! I definitely would have been a repeat customer up until this experience. Now I would be scared to own another BMW or recommend BMW because of the sky high shop rates! It a shame really, BMW makes great automobiles and my 328 has given great service, needing very little, good thing, because if it had needed much you would need to own a bank to pay shop rates for repairs!!
