I found a very hard-to-find Audi TDI (one of only 5 on the Eastern seaboard) at BMW of Bport and took delivery before the car had been fully detailed. Jason, Bill and Isaiah in sales, and Tony in detailing followed up on every item that I requested to be examined and repaired, retroactively, going so far as to offer services beyond what they had originally promised. It's important to know that none of the aforementioned items were in writing; I agreed to buy the car as-is, but they kept their word and corrected each and every item that required their attention. I think that says a lot about this dealership and their people. More
