BMW of Bridgeport has the best sales and service department I've encountered in 15 years of purchasing BMW cars and having them serviced by BMW dealers. They have earned their service awards for good reason. They consistently deliver, and they don't miss a beat. Areas they've helped me with in the past: - Out of warranty repairs done with excellent pricing - Fair and honest trade in values that I could not beat independently - Advance notice of new models I was interested in custom ordering - Timely notifications and updates on my custom order - Fair and honest advice about what accessories were worth purchasing directly from BMW vs buying on the open market - Never any b/s or static. Just service. Even when I found a little ding after purchase. - Fully integrated sales, service, and parts team - I'd talk to one team member and the information would travel across departments. Everyone was informed, no one had to get another person to solve a problem or answer a question. I will continue to use and recommend BMW of Bridgeport in the future, and I specifically recommend that if you want a consummate professional salesperson, Kurt's your man. Mike More

They sold us a piece of junk! We were thrilled to buy a beautiful off lease X5, but from the day we bought the car,it had constant issues. We always had it fixed at the dealership We were thrilled to buy a beautiful off lease X5, but from the day we bought the car,it had constant issues. We always had it fixed at the dealership and within the last year, the car has died TWICE with my children in the vehicle. Most recently on a bridge! BMW's answer was to offer us another used X5 at a very slightly discounted price. Bill Green and everyone who I spoke to said these service issues were not normal. When they were unwilling to meet our request they said they would fix the car. Upon picking up the car, and heading to another dealership to trade it in, the car broke down again, not 70 miles after picking it up from the last repair. I am utterly disgusted with this dealerships unwillingness to admit that they sold us a bad car. They need to buy the car back and owe us an apology. More
