The BMW Service Department is amazing. I love the fact that you can drive right into the service department and I am usually greeted by Walter right away. I always seem to have some type of “emergency” and he always fits me into his busy schedule to fix my crisis. Anytime I drop my car off, I am offered a ride or if I make an appointment in advance, I am offered a loaner. I love going to visit my friends at Bridgeport BMW. Best of all, I always get back a very clean car!! More

I was pleasantly surprised to find Tona Zarrelli, my service advisor from Lexus at Bridgeport of BMW. She had always taken such good care of me in the past--she is thorough, friendly, efficient and pro service advisor from Lexus at Bridgeport of BMW. Walter was the first person I meet when I got in the building. I told him i was there helping my 70 year old aunt to find a used 325xi. A lot of car dealers in my experience can be very good at what they do...but they do not think about the Customer beyond the immediate need. They were so good, that I asked Walter's advice on my son's Mustang...I had hoped they would service it there! Everything is organized, efficient and friendly. I actually thought the young lady at the reception desk was someone my kids knew since she was so nice to me. There is no doubt in my mind that this is where I will buy BMWs and have mine serviced in the future. You folks have a real winner here. More

Through an unexpected turn of events brought on by a highly pleasant and upbeat individual, I found myself embarking on a journey that I wouldn’t soon regret. I am not going to detail my whole enjoyable experience, but just say: How it began…I was just looking to grab some information on the M3 (get in, get out!) What I found…Someone that was extremely knowledgeable and had me feeling very “at home” – never felt a sales pitch coming on, just a genuine concern to help answer my questions which lead me to ask more of them. What I got...Was motivated! Her charismatic nature and joy of talking cars was great. It reminded me why I was a BMW enthusiast. What I bought...And yes I did end up buying, not an M3, even better (thanks to her), an M5, which words don’t do that experience justice – except “Thank you Jodie”. What I received...Aside from the obvious, was a truly enjoyable buying experience that all should have the pleasure of experiencing!!!! The staff at BMW of Bridgeport is second to none! I am so very pleased since I began bringing my car to Bridgeport BMW. I live in North Haven and purchased my car at the North Haven dealership with no satisfaction there at all. Bridgeport is around 30 miles from my home where North Haven is only 2 miles from my home. I would drive 100 miles to get the kind of service Bridgeport BMW offers me. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly, professional and very personable. Walter Modeen has taken care of me about a dozen times in Bridgeport and I think he is such an assest to this establishment. Walter will call me with a diagnosis and explain everything in laymen's terms. He is a joy to deal with and that's why I keep going back. I have referred several of my friends too; when I asked how they liked it, I got a great response and now they have switched from their previous dealership to bridgeport as well.
