Difficult Service Problem The dealership understood the situation, did not try to up sell and methodically analyzed the problem to produce the best outcome possible. The problem required a balance between the diagnosis/repair cost and the the value of the vehicle. They kept this in mind and, I believe, they did more work than what was billed to try to bring a resolution. More

Unresponsive to my request to cancel BMW Tire Protection I purchased a new BMW from this dealership in August, 2014 at which time I purchased a 5 year BMW Tire and Wheel Protection Policy. I was informed th I purchased a new BMW from this dealership in August, 2014 at which time I purchased a 5 year BMW Tire and Wheel Protection Policy. I was informed that I could cancel the protection policy at any time during the 5year term and receive a prorated refund by simply contacting the dealership Business Manager. Recently, I decided to cancel the policy and I requested cancellation as instructed to the Business Manager. I have sent multiple emails, none of which were responded to. I have now escalated this issue to BMW Corporate for assistance. Each day that goes by without cancellation reduces my refund, so I am very upset at the lack of response by the dealership. I cannot recommend BMW Bridgewater as a result of this poor client experience. More
