Super Customer Service I was in the market for a CPO BMW. I was going back and forth between a few models. Frank Fratzola was just going along with what I was looking for. He was not high pressure or trying to push to the kore expensive model. I decided on a 2011 535Gt but the very next day I saw a 2014 328Gt that was more equipped and nicer. He gladly took the time to rewrite the order. He also made sure the back room experience was smooth by making sure we had all the necessary documents prior to coming in to sign the papers. Frank spent almost an hour showing me all the features of the car(including synching my phone). He like others stated watched me pull away to make sure all was good. He has called me to make sure all was good. I am very happy with my BMW and Bridgewater BMW! More
