She identified an available M4 going into production in two days and was still able to customize it to meet my specifications. She was professional, enthusiastic and focused on customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Her sales approach influenced my buying decision that day. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and appreciate Carolyn's efforts to ensure a smooth buying process. Unprofessional and a missed opportunity for Bridgewater BMW We decided to give BMW Bridgewater our service after our regular dealership could not get us in immediately and I had a service engine light that I wa We decided to give BMW Bridgewater our service after our regular dealership could not get us in immediately and I had a service engine light that I wanted checked as quickly as possible. I scheduled my service very easily online and was given a reminder the day before. I arrived at the dealership and a service attendant took my keys and asked me to wait inside. He was professional and courteous. During my 15 minutes in the waiting area my keys were returned to me and then taken back and then returned again, I signed paperwork verifying the scratches on my car and then asked to hold the paperwork and give it to my service representative. I was eventually asked by a man if I was there for service and I said yes and asked to follow him. He did not introduce himself and just motioned for me to take a seat across from him. I jokingly said, "you are not my scheduled service representative Debra Shafer are you?" and he replied, "no, she is not here today". I finally said, well can you please tell me your name and he said, " Mo". Mo had trouble with his computer from the start and then asked me why I was there today. I told him that per the form I completed online, I was there for a check engine light and while there I wanted to do my next scheduled service for 117K miles. He asked me what service that would be. I told him that I did not know what the scheduled service was for 117K miles and that I had a green light on and knew I was doing the maintenance ahead of schedule and wanted to make sure my service lights were reset after service. He asked what I meant about having the lights reset and I told him that when service is done that lights are reset. I told him that I was not a professional BMW service representative and informed him that we have been taking our car to BMW since we owned it (14 years) and that we have never been asked to provide the recommended service information to our BMW service representative. I also asked him to check our records. Mo informed me that they were not able to access our service records from other BMW dealerships and did not know what service was done in the past. I said that no matter what, he should know what service would be recommended for my car at 117K miles. He then (finally) asked what my name was and at that point all confidence was lost and I said that I was not going to have the work done at their dealership and took my keys, thanked him and left. I will wait patiently for our regular dealership to fit us in. At BMW Flemington, you show up, turn over your keys, meet briefly with your service rep, handed keys to your loaner and are out the door within a few short minutes. BMW Bridgewater missed an opportunity to gain our business and I don't put the blame entirely on the service representative (Mo). It's clear that they are in serious need of some standard operating procedures, classes on how to greet and treat your clients, a better operating system (we eventually had to move from one desk to another since his would not work) and a healthier way of disguising their negative vibe to their customers. More

Furthermore, the price I got from BMW Bridgewater was better than what I was getting from other BMW dealerships. I need; always sensitive to my crazy schedule and aware of the information for my specific car model. I say WAS because 2 weeks ago I was in an accident that totaled my car. BMW as a brand proved itself; I walked away with only a few bruises. Now I was in a bind to find another car immediately. Both Scott Vickers [sales]and Mike Yates[service mgr] began the hunt. It mattered to me that all the BMW of B'Water staff remarked to me that they were so glad I was all right. Well, happy again... 328d CPO and it is a perfect fit for me now!! Thanks also to Ozzy Mamoor for helping with all the paperwork and details. Indeed, I am grateful to all who work at this dealership for their caring about people first, as well as their cars. More

Anthony listened to my requirements and let me try everything. And in the end, he steered me to a great X1. I know I'm going to enjoy it for a long time. Ozzy Mamoor went over the paperwork in detail. I knew nothing was getting missed. And on the way to get my car, Anthony introduced me to the Per-Owned car manager, Tommy Forget. So I got the feeling I was getting to know the whole team who were working on this sale. What made my day was Anthony's attention to details. While I was finishing up the paperwork, he noticed something wasn't clean enough and had the car cleaned again. And while discussing details of the car, he noticed an outlet in the back was missing a cover. How many sales people would have caught all this? Not many. A++ More

A real person actually answers the phone and calls are taken or returned promptly. My sales person, Carolyn, was very professional and when my auto enthusiast son drilled her with questioned, she found the answers. Sales manager, Tom Forget, was happy to step in. We were impressed by his indepth knowledge of not only BMWs but all vehicles! Tom shared that he was also a car enthusiast since childhood. I custom ordered a gorgeous 535xi, M Sport, Individual leather. The delivery time was 2 weeks earlier than estimated. We also purchased a certified preowned 325 for my daughter which was like brand new, I mean BRAND new. OUTSTANDING dealership! More

The BMW WELT experience was one of the best experiences of our life thanks to Mike Watson, our Sales Advisor who was just amazing through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right BMW model for our needs. We never felt pressured and he was so much fun to work with! It was incredibly helpful that Mike spoke German, knew the culture having lived in Germany, and therefore could recommend his favorite spots to go with our car based on the tine we had to spend in Germany. Mittenwalt, Tegern See and the beauty of the Austrian and German Alps were so scenic and every picture was like a postcard. This personalization just enhanced our experience and made it more special. We are so thankful that we did the Euro delivery and so thankful that we worked with Mike, in our eyes, the Euro delivery expert at Bridgewater BMW. Peter was great about using his contacts at Headquarters when we decided to go with Euro Delivery instead of domestic. Mike Yates was so kind and helpful with sharing his experiences and insight on specific features of the car. He always took the time to say hello and welcomed us into his dealership every time.
