When I expressed dissatisfaction over the timings of their service department, she promptly accomodated my appintment to a convenient after hours time and also immediately authorized for a loaner to be their service department, she promptly accomodated my appintment to a convenient after hours time and also immediately authorized for a loaner to be used over the weekend without further waiting for the manager's approval who was unreachable then, which apparently is not allowed unless under pressing circumstances after manager approval. She was friendly and gave responsible replies which was the biggest reason I even went ahead with the call and also setup the appointment. More

Mike spent a great deal of time with me that day going over my new vehicle. I left feeling very comfortable in my decision. I would highly recommend Mike. I also had a great experience with Ozzy. Ozzy handled the finance side of my recent purchase. The paperwork was in order. He went over each document to make sure there was a clear understanding. Bridgewater BMW Bridgewater is awesome, I literaly called and made a deal by the phone with great sales advisor Bill, and then walked in after the weekend looked at Bridgewater is awesome, I literaly called and made a deal by the phone with great sales advisor Bill, and then walked in after the weekend looked at the deal face to face and met the staff, and then I went back in test drove the vehicle and I picked up the car for the lease on Friday. From the sales advisor who then introduced me to Mike Shamy the manager to Peter who was the sales Manager (the man behind making a great lease program) too Ozzy the finance officer, who closed the deal and explained more financial things regarding BMW. I was very welcomed and impressed at BMW and the people that represent the name. I was very happy with the deal and I have been driving the vehicle for the past couple of weeks and it has been a pleasure and great, no lies or anything in between just simple ease of mind and comfort. I am telling anyone who is reading this review I did not experience any negative issues at all or feel pressured into looking at the vehicle, instead more of negotiation and how you would like to have your vehicle equiped.
