I had worked with another dealership in Edison and I had an inordinate delay in getting the vehicle to me. One call to Bridgewater BMW and not only did I have the car I wanted in less than 24 hours, Bill ( an inordinate delay in getting the vehicle to me. I had to visit the dealership due to damage to my tires and wheels because of running into potholes after the snow. As always, I was kept informed of the progress of the service and also provided alternate and wheels because of running into potholes after the snow. Both Chad and Carmine were very helpful and nice to work with. They even took care of some minor expenses that were not covered under the insurance. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Chad was able to get me in for a repair quickly, provided me with shuttle service and then obtained a loaner for me. Over the summer, my wife and I dropped by the dealership for a test drive, and I was fortunate enough to work with Anthony. He kept in touch with me over the last 7 months with the occasional email, but a for a test drive, and I was fortunate enough to work with Anthony. He kept in touch with me over the last 7 months with the occasional email, but at no point did he actively try to sell me anything. I was in sales for years and I abhor "salesy" people. This past Saturday I traded in my Mercedes and finally joined the BMW family, where I've always felt I belonged. To say Anthony made it painless would be an understatement.
