Both the Sales and Service people are excellent to work with--they are very attentive. As with most BMW owners I really wish the costs were a bit lower and certainly I see that they are trying to do this with--they are very attentive. Some things that greatly impress me about Bridgewater BMW's is that I have never had a problem just bringing my car in to have fluids "topped off" --no charge and done so quickly and no problem with getting a loaner while my car is serviced. I bought my car from them back in 2007...had a great buying experience with them and when the time comes to buy another car I would not hesitate to purchase again from Bridgewater BMW. More

Experience is always exceptional at Bridgewater BMW. All of the staff are always very friendly, and helpful, but my favorite service representative to work with is Debra. Her communication style is great as she keeps you informed of every step along the way and takes the time to explain what the technicians find and how they are going to fix it and what the cost might be. She really does go above and beyond to make sure that you understand the entire process. While no one is ever thrilled about having to take your car in for service, I do look forward to working with Debra each time. BMW of Bridgewater really does make every effort to ensure that you are treated well and the entire staff is extremely friendly and make sure that you are taken care of.
