This is the 2nd lease I've done with Manjula at Bridgewater BMW and it's been such a smooth & easy process- not to mention she gave me a great deal- both times!!!! I had my bmw battery replaced and oil changed after a long trip. Andrew took a very good care of my car, tire was aired and car was cleaned. I did not use the loaner car this time.
