Truly poor service at BMW Carlsbad. I bought my car there and a warranty from them… they had no idea and no record of it whatsoever. My appointment was at 10 am on a Friday. I had to call multiple times for an update, they said they were “still diagnosing it” and was finally told at 5:30 pm when I called AGAIN that they hadn’t even looked at my car or assigned a technician. I said “I made an appointment for this reason.” And Keith said “that doesn’t mean anything. We won’t look at it until Monday. We don’t look at cars over the weekend.” It was an absolute nightmare to get in touch with service advisor Keith anytime. He refused to communicate with me whatsoever, refused to provide updates and was constantly incredibly rude. For a very small repair that should have taken maybe 1.5 hrs tops, they kept my car for 12 days! Absolutely ridiculous. And I had to fight for an update and to finally get my car released. I also asked for an estimate on an issue and he was supposed to call with the estimate to tell me what it would be before starting, and he just did the work and charged me for it, never getting approval from me for the charges.
