Great Car buying experience I had taken my Aunt’s 2006 BMW 325I in for service. I needed to have a MD inspection done to transfer her tags from New York. I dealt with Mel Cuesta (service advisor).Great guy! My aunt car needless to say needed a lot of work. That is when we decided it would best to trade in this vehicle. We then met Lonnie Overby (salesperson). Lonnie took me around the lot to review their large inventory of vehicles. Finally, we found a 2011 used BMW 328I with all the bells a whistles. I have brought a lot of cars in my past before. Speaking with Lonnie I told him all of my immediate concerns making this on the spot purchase. He made me feel comfortable in every aspect of this car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about BMW’s and its model years. Lonnie worked diligently, respectfully and hard on this sale. Any decent sales person at any BMW dealer should know the 3-series inside and out. However, the i3 is very new and quite different. I met Venol at the car show and was immediately impressed with his awareness of the car AND his company. Friendly, not pushy and clearly enthusiastic about his product. Not in the "I want to sell you something way" but in a genuine sense. Also personable and willing to win me not sell me. A very good place to shop. More
