Overall extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Justin was awesome, he explained all the features and answered all my questions. Manny was friendly and great to work with. Larry Cash made paperwork and loan application quick and painless. Not to mention, the car model and options I wanted was not in stock, I had viewed the car I wanted at a different dealership online. We spoke with Joe many times over the week about a 525i we saw on-line. Joe contacted me shortly after I made the inquiry and we negotiated an excellent price. We drove several hours to Cantonsville and finally met Joe. He had the car detailed and ready for us to take delivery. After a little more negotiation, we settled on the car. Joe introduced us to Sam Choi, the Finance Manager and Jake Lipman, the "Genius". Again two outstanding individuals that made our BMW experience outstanding! Sam worked with us and got us an excellent rate. Jake showed us the many features of our 525i, that I am still trying to remember. It all points back to Joe Rivera.
