I LOVE my new car. I don't know that I've ever lived driving any car as much. Your staff has done nothing but Wow me. I've told every one I know about my experience. From Elyza, the day I drive it home to the way I was treated when the front bumper and skirt were taken care of, to my first trip to Service. I was in and out in 20 mins and on my way to work. I was in and out of Finance with Andrew in record time and he made the sticky part of the paperwork, interesting and I learned several things about my new car I never would have known to ask. Maybe I've been lucky or maybe this us how you operate everyday. No matter, I can at say that this is the best car buying-owning experience I've ever had and this is my 11th car. About 15 years ago I swore off buying from dealerships after some horrible experiences with Toyota and Chrysler. Carmax gas been my choice, until now. I will be a loyal Russel BMW shopper and I actually look forward to going there. I am going this weekend just to get my car washed and to say "hello" to Elyza and team. I have gotten so many compliments on my new car and have shared with all of my friends what a great experience it was for me. The Manager spent so much time talking to me that day, just sharing an experience with me that really helped. My day went from walking away from a car at Carmax; I was on my way home and by chance drove to the lot to ask what had changed on the new 3-series cars that would make the one I was driving (a 2003 330xi) so different from a 2011 328xi on the Carmax lot. Elyza spent her day with me, answered my question and showed me the differences. She seemed so young to have a wealth of knowledge, but not once did she waiver. Elyza on the other hand was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is patient, very understanding, enthusiastic, motivated, and professional. Out of all my experiences in purchasing a car, this was the best yet. Elyza and Julius worked out a GREAT price for the car. Negotiations took less than 30 minutes and got an absolute steal! I went into Russel to purchase a car and felt like I was stuck back in the 80's. I wanted to get the pricing worked out on my new 2011 BMW 335 and Julius told me the sticker price is a fair price for the car. I said other dealers are selling the car for less and would you match it. He said this is a beemer and your worth it to spend more here. At this point I should have walked out the door and never looked back. Then he told me how much he knew about BMW's, who cares about that, it was about price not you Mr. Green. Then he told me when I'm ready to purchase a car then we could talk price more, why not now. So after being at this dealership for about 2 hours, it was a total waste of time. I will never go back to discuss that final price or have family and friends go through what I had done to me. I would score this dealer a ZERO on sales and customer service. More

I do not think that the service dept. knows how to repair a car at all. My car has been in the shop for a 4th time in a year, and this time the repair costs are very high. I had a thermostat and water heate a car at all. My car has been in the shop for a 4th time in a year, and this time the repair costs are very high. I had a thermostat and water heater replace in Feb, and their computer already says that it needed replacing. The replacement did not fix the problem and it is back in the shop for additional computer diagnostic tests and they now say it is a different problem, for an additional cost. Get this!---they also forewarned me that this may not fix the problem and that I may need a camshaft replacement! "but let's take the repairs one step at a time" at an additional $1-2K each time I bring it in. This was my first BMW and my LAST! Never again. They rely on their computer diagnostic systems too much and they fail. More

We made some small detail requests, no matter how small they were. He took care of them. The day of the delivering, he personally picked me up from the airport. And even spent a lot of time with me to teach how to operate the car after delivering the car to me. Appreciated the way he treated us, just like a family. Though I am an out of state buyer, for my next bimmer, we will definitely go to him. Great Job, Alan, Way to go!! Also the Finance guy, Andrew, He is extremely professional and friendly too. Service Department foreman, Gil. is very professional and honest! He did not deny the issue that I had with the car and he did a great job fixing it.
