Communication is Terrible My previous experience with this service center was terrible. I had already decided to never go back there. Unfortunately, my car was having trouble My previous experience with this service center was terrible. I had already decided to never go back there. Unfortunately, my car was having trouble near this location and I didn't really have a choice. Recently they made a lot a changes in the service department. They have almost all new people in the customer facing positions. It is really a shame. The previous 3 years experience that I had with this location were fantastic. The past 4 months have been terrible. The people themselves are good people and they are nice. I just feel that there has been a change in the management that requires that they only communicate via text and email. This is not my preferred form of communication. I really just want someone to pick up the phone and call me about my vehicle (status, repair, etc..). This has not happened the last two times I have visited this location. ALL communication has happened because I have had to initiate it. On the good side, Deshaun still continues to provide good service. Also, the cashier lady at the front near the door continues to be great. More

The technician told me they had to take apart my car to clean the area where the reflector was, then out it back together. Car was returned with a damaged bumper. The manager then told me “oh no, we just reach under the wheel and stick it on We don’t take anything apart.” He lied to me because he knew they broke my bumper and damaged the dog flight. BMW told me it was my fault and charged me $800 for a new bumper. My bumper was replaced brand new by the other location less than a year before. The technician broke it and then blamed me. Tried calling the store several times. Was told the manager was "out." Called back and spoke to him. Very unprofessional. There are a few good people here(Dana Eby and Chris who works next to her), but overall a very poor experience. This store also constantly bills me for things that are covered under warranty (oil change, windshield wiper transmission, and more). Why don’t they check and see if a car is under warranty? It’s ridiculous. Stewart road location sold me a “certified BMW” with a welded wheel on it. They told me I welded my own wheel. Unethical across the board. Will never buy another BMW, which I paid cash for. More
Professional and Fun experience I contacted Brian Williams to let him know I was looking for a Certified Preowned X3 or X5. When I met with Brian, we test drive both models. When Bri I contacted Brian Williams to let him know I was looking for a Certified Preowned X3 or X5. When I met with Brian, we test drive both models. When Brian went to meet with his Sales Manager he determined that either a new X3 would work for me. When I asked Brian about demo units we found an exact match to what i wanted. Brian went to work with his manager to get creative on pricing and payments I wanted. I bought the X3 Saturday 3/30/19. More

A rip off I had over $2000 of repairs done only to 8 months later have to get the almost identical repair done, only to be told they won’t cover any of the 8 mo I had over $2000 of repairs done only to 8 months later have to get the almost identical repair done, only to be told they won’t cover any of the 8 month old work with warranty. Oil filter housing assembly, oil cooler pipes, crank shaft, drive belt, pulleys, and pulley tensioner were all replced due to an oil leak that caused belt to snap. Fast forward to 8 months later the oil cooler leaked and caused the same issue all over again and I’m expected to shell out another $1600 for an issue that was overlooked or not addressed. They won’t even cover the parts that were replaced and atai under the 2 year warranty. I was a devout dealer customer because the work was always quality, but they’ve lost a 3 BMW owner customer for life. More

Careless attitude, poor service....lack of knowledge. I brought in my 2013 BMW X5 Diesel to this dealership on 4/1/2019. I parked my car in the service bay and then walked in, and had to stand for 3-5 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Then a Shane told me to wait while he got the mileage and other stuff from the car. It took him 5 minutes to gather the mileage and then he asked me over to the desk. He apparently was a newbie and didn't even know that I had an appt and what the appt was for. (It should have been in his system as an oil change) He didn't even bother to see my car is a diesel, otherwise he would know that the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is part of the oil change service. He had to keep asking for help to the person next to him. He kept mumbling to himself, not coherent whatsoever. He gave me the wrong quote multiple times till the person next to him corrected him. Overall from the time i walked in it took them 20 mins to get my signature on an estimate and tell me to wait in the sitting area. When the car was done, the bill was higher by about $50 compared to the signed estimate and Shane didn't even bother to explain the higher cost. Furthermore, he pulled the car to the curb, but then forgot to leave the keys in the car, and he had to call me once i drove off so that I could get them back. Overall very lackadaisical approach, not friendly whatsoever, no smiles or anything. There were 4-5 other employees just sitting around twiddling their thumbs apparently amused at him fumbling his way through. Why not train him further before he actually assists a customer who inevitably will pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get their car fixed and expect knowledgeable service reps. Plus each time i have gone their to get my car serviced I have been helped by a different person....indicative of their employee turnover, since they probably aren't getting proper training. More

I was to I was in the building for about 3.5 hours. I had originally requested a loaner, but was the told the day-of that there was not any available. I was told the work would take 1.5 hours, so I decided to wait. It turned out to be 3.5 hours. Then, I had asked about a repair that didn’t get completed last time I was there, and no one could even tell me which part was needed. Then, I had poor time updates and at the end of it all, the prices was several hundred dollars higher than quoted. That normally wouldn’t be an issue, but all of the work was routine. I expect a much more accurate price estimate for routine work. More
