It would have been nice to have information regarding purchasing additional Tire and damage protections earlier than the signing of the financial forms and just before picking up the car. Also, and understanding that the car was a Demo car with miles, but I think the car could have been better prepared for our pick-up and not have items that require a return visit to get repaired. Good experiecne, Qasim Shirazi & Norm Dexter were great! Qasim and Norm were great to work with. I was buying this vehicle from out of State with no means to exam the car condition. This was a low miles CP Qasim and Norm were great to work with. I was buying this vehicle from out of State with no means to exam the car condition. This was a low miles CPO, but knowing the car condition or what I may have to complete/repair to meet my standards was important to know and the most important criteria for my satisfaction. Both were very attentive and follow-up was top notch. Qasim was all over it! More

He had all the qualities that I had always wished in a CA. He was knowledgeable, very responsive to emails/messages, and gave a great deal on the car. More importantly, he genuinely wants the buyer to enjoy the car buying experience. It is not by chance that he has won multiple sales awards.
