My car was serviced on time as predicted and I was kept up to date during the process. It was a pleasant experience as always. I am in my 4th year as a BMW of Cincinnati North customer and this has been the level of service I have received over that time. I believe in business that "you are only as good as your people" and this is a perfect example of that teaming philosophy in practice. More

My 2016 M235i now has over 18K trouble free miles, and yet Nick Markoff was happy to help resolve an appearance issue that I had not noticed until then. Fantastic experience I originally came in to see about an X1. Jason was great. He took a car off of the showroom floor to test drive.
