Customer Saisfaction / Service I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was greeted at the car and taken straight in to meet with customer service to review why I was there. N I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was greeted at the car and taken straight in to meet with customer service to review why I was there. No WAIT! My car was serviced on time as predicted and I was kept up to date during the process. It was a pleasant experience as always. I am in my 4th year as a BMW of Cincinnati North customer and this has been the level of service I have received over that time. I believe in business that "you are only as good as your people" and this is a perfect example of that teaming philosophy in practice. More

I have never, NEVER, had a totally positive experience in all that time until purchasing my first BMW at this dealer with his management, service, sales, and finance staff. My 2016 M235i now has over 18K trouble free miles, and yet Nick Markoff was happy to help resolve an appearance issue that I had not noticed until then. Great product, excellent leadership great attitudes of their personnel.. Trust these folks to do the right thing. You won''t be disappointed! More

Fantastic experience I originally came in to see about an X1. Jason was great. He took a car off of the showroom floor to test drive. I rode with one of the "geniuses" who was very knowledgeable about the car and it's options. I was interested in a lease. An offer was given with no pressure to buy. Ed Besl came and introduced himself and thanked me for the visit. When I decided to get the lease, Jason was there to assist to make the process easy. Nick Markoff came and introduced himself and thanked my husband and myself for being a customer. The entire experience was very professional. I felt they wanted to make sure I got the car that I wanted. More

Very easy to work with. Really went the extra mile to help. The price on the car was very attractive and they were very flexible on a few issues. Brad Schultz was great to work with. He followed up promptly on every question and even picked us up at the airport when we flew in to get the car. We had an unexpected issue with the credit score and they worked with us to get that resolved. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
