I am a first time owner of BMW and Brett made my husband very comfortable throughout our entire experience. Our sales agent, Brett, picked up on the mixed reactions that my wife and I had, so he suggested that we try the X5. We had never considered BMW, but since we were there, why not! WOW! What an eye opener! We test drove several models, but always kept coming back to the X5. It was too late………we had fallen in love! We worked out a deal that was perfect for us. My wife and I always felt that we were in control of the pricing, color choices, and the other bells and whistles that we wanted. Brett was there just to answer our questions and provide other helpful information that we needed. BINGO!!! It was a done deal within 4 hours! If you are car shopping and not sure what exactly you want…….go to BMW of Columbia! If you don’t have a “car guy”………ask for Brett Cloon! He was as easy going and non-pressuring as could be!
