I had an amazing experience with BMW of Columbia. I purchased the car sight unseen and 2000 miles away but Dusty Volle made it as easy as possible. I was searching for a used 2018 X5 with specific features and, after much searching and poor experiences with local sellers/dealerships, I expanded my search nationwide. I found the right car at BMW of Columbia and, still undecided on buying a car out of state, got in touch to check availability and service records. From there, Dusty was incredibly helpful. I received prompt replies to all my questions and the dealership had no issue with getting me a pre-purchase inspection at the independent shop of my choice and sending more detailed pictures. When a price was negotiated, there was no pushiness and I could always sense the team was working to provide me with a professional experience. It was this way all through the process, including multiple delays from the carrier I booked, requiring Dusty to stay at the dealership after-hours waiting for them to arrive. The car arrived clean, as described, and with a full tank of gas.
