Purchasing used 2014 M235i I came into the dealership thinking that I wanted a used M235i but they did not have the car I wanted on the lot. He also set up a test drive with a similar car (M235i convertible) so I could make sure I like how the model drives. He very quickly found a few cars that matched my request and I chose one that I wanted. They purchased the car, checked it out in the service department and had me come in for a test drive. Since the car was in great shape (exactly as advertised) we went forward with the purchase and signed all the paper work. Josh made the entire process painless and easy. More

Simple and Easy! We live 1 1/2 hours away, so I was a little concerned about driving all that way only to not buy a car. Upon getting to the dealership, they quickly paged David and since he was expecting us, he had the keys and we were out for a test drive within 5 minutes! When we returned, the process was short and sweet! We got to the dealership about 2:30 on a Saturday and was driving off in our new car by 5:15! Awesome! We had our 11 yo son with us, but he was able to go play in the arcade room and enjoy an icee...which he loved! BMW of Columbia was quick and painless, totally changing the car buying process for me!
