Help on the Road While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who personally topped off the fluid. When I stopped by 2 days later to check the coolant level, the service tech, Neal, removed the engine cover and pointed out that coolant lines needed replacement. That’s the type of service that completes the experience of owning and driving a BMW. More

I I was trying to get pricing and availability information on a 2017 BMW 5 series as well as information on the 2018's and their arrival and pricing. I am trying to decide if it makes more sense to go 2017 or 2018. Anyway - Ebony Haney was either having a really bad day or she has no idea of the product. I seemed to know more than she did about the vehicle. She could not answer a single question that I had. Bad business model in this day and age. Management at BMW of Darien needs to be aware of how this important part of their business is/is not being handled. More
