Darien Service-- Why would anyone go elsewhere! I called for an appointment. The service reception was more than courteous, and very helpful. My advisor was thorough and professional. Pete called me mid-day with an update and any decisions to be made. Finally my vehicle is fixed!!! Anthony Fiscitti was far superior than any other service advisor I have met anywhere else. He was very interested in my vehicles service history which Anthony Fiscitti was far superior than any other service advisor I have met anywhere else. He was very interested in my vehicles service history which sets him apart from others. He was very knowledgable and tenacious as well. He resolved my vehicles problem within days when I had been to the Greenwich/Port Chester service station at least six times for the same problem. Good experience minus any sales pressure We walked into the dealership to check the showroom model of 7 Series. Vehicle was made available from service area and claus let us test drive right We walked into the dealership to check the showroom model of 7 Series. Vehicle was made available from service area and claus let us test drive right away. He was knowledgeable about the advanced features ( autonomous , adaptive cruise etc ). After the test drive there was zero pressure, or no heavy sales techniques or make us wait etc. when the kind of vehicle specs we didnt find, he offered to fetch or order. But we needed some time. Over all a great experience More
