According to our research of our email trail it appears as though Leo sent you our detailed pricing late afternoon on Friday and your response at 5pm asked if this was our final pricing. We did not have time to respond before you arrived at the Dealership at 9:10am on Saturday Morning. It does not appear as though anyone intended to mislead you and it would be against our firm policy to do so. We realize that you are disappointed that we chose not to meet price you received from another Dealer and certainly understand that you would be upset by the inappropriate way in which you were addressed.
