They seem to have a problem serving African Americans. Piss poor attitude toward customers spending their hard earned money. They quoted one price for a part over the phone, then changed the price the following day without explanation. I guess different prices for different customers. They will even lie to your face if they don't "like" you. The parts manager told me that they don't accept credit cards over the phone and that they don't ship parts, both of which are confirmable lies. I'm not surprised that some people have great experiences though. Depending on your caste, you just might. Bottom line, these people are hideous. They are a disservice to the company they represent and the community at large. More

I have had a horrible experience with BMW of Greenwhich. I am 19 years old and they treat me horrible there. OK.<br><br>I took my car to Darien BMW for this same problem. I have had this problem for over a year and nobody has every been able to diagnose it. I finally couldnt take it anymore and had them look at it. I must say i was surprised to be treated as well as i was. I'm used to getting piss poor treatment from Greenwhich. Anyway, they did everything in their power to correct my problem. An oil change didnt work so they are replacing something that requires them to drain the oil so they are even going to refund my money for the last oil change. They have knmowledgable tech's and I am very pleased with their service. More
