I’ve recently purchased my first BMW, and first M car ever from BMW of Devon. The M5 has been a dream car of mine since I was a kid. I called the day before and spoke with Devante about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I requested additional pictures but never received them. I also told him I was driving a long distance with my trade-in vehicle I wanted to purchase. I requested additional pictures but never received them. I also told him I was driving a long distance with my trade-in and would be there shortly after the dealership opened. When I arrived, there wasn’t even an appointment created for my visit. I waited about 10 minutes without anyone greeting me. After finding a salesperson myself I was told the car had sold just 20 minutes earlier. Instead of apologizing, I was told, “You could have put a deposit down yesterday.” A simple phone call or text would have saved me hours of driving and wasted time. This dealership showed no respect for a serious buyer’s time or effort. Very disappointing experience. More

Davante was an absolute gem with helping us get this car. I couldn't be happier. I picked up a used Tesla Model S and had a great test drive. Gave me his direct cell number to reach out to him and everything. I don't know how much thwy pay him, but he needs a raise and a promotion as soon as possible. This was the most pleasant and professional car buying experience. There were no added fees, everything was straight forward, easy approval process, and they got the car spotless before I picked it up. Thanks so much to Davante and the team at BMW of Devon. More
