Got more than I expected for the price from very friendly sales staff. They personally delivered the car and took away my prior vehicle. Some of the very young sales people who I talked to early were wads, but when I called sales manager and told him of my history with the dealership, he assigned a sales person who knew how to treat a prior customer and close the deal quickly and efficiently. I exchanged emails with salesman Andy Park regarding the new BMW I wanted to buy, being specific from the beginning on every detail including the color and options. He said he has the car in stock. He set up an appointment for me to come today at 6 PM and buy the car. This morning he even sent me an email to confirm I was coming. I answered yes, I am coming to buy the car. There should be no problems, right? Wrong. One hour before the appointment, Andy called me and said that the car I wanted was sold yesterday. I asked him why is he telling me this with one hour before our appointment? He said he is only supposed to do his due dilligence and look for someone's car 2 hours before the appointment. I asked him if he has another one, and he said he does. But he immediately added that the one he has has a metallic paint so it will be 550 dollars more expensive. I told him the car I wanted to buy had metallic paint, so there should be no increase in price. Andy said, yes, it's true, but he is sorry now because he has miscalculated the price when he sent me the emails. Really? How can that be? I have his emails with the detailed selling price, with the total price out the door confirmed twice. I have zero tolerance for BS and for dishonest people. I wish I can give minus 5 stars for this experience. Sergio More
