Not a great experience buying here. I was originally told the out-the-door price was around $30,200. I understood GAP coverage and was told that was about $1,600, which I was okay with I was originally told the out-the-door price was around $30,200. I understood GAP coverage and was told that was about $1,600, which I was okay with, so naturally I expected the final total to be somewhere around $32,000–$33,000. Instead, I ended up at approximately $38,600, which left me with serious questions because the final numbers did not seem to match what was originally explained to me. On top of that, after getting the vehicle home I noticed cosmetic issues that were never clearly addressed, including damage to the center console, a crack on the rear bumper, and a small dent on the passenger side. For the amount of money being spent, I expected more transparency, better communication, and more attention to detail. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a trustworthy or smooth buying process. More
