We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. When you first brought your vehicle in to have the maintenance performed before your warranty expired, the service was still approximately five months early based on the manufacturer’s required time/mileage interval. The manufacturer’s maintenance coverage cannot be applied before the scheduled service interval, so this was not a matter of us refusing to honor your warranty or maintenance plan. Your maintenance plan remains valid as long as the required service is completed within the manufacturer’s specified time or mileage interval. In this case, the concern was simply that the vehicle was brought in too early for the service to be covered. We spoke with you directly and explained the situation, and we hope this clarification helps. We are always happy to work with our customers and honor the coverage available to them according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
