We understand that unexpected vehicle repairs can be frustrating, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible throughout the diagnostic process. Your vehicle came to us with significant performance concerns. In addition to low compression, we found several incorrectly installed grounds and discovered that the vehicle had an incorrect engine harness installed. We also observed signs of prior repairs that were not performed properly. Before proceeding with any repairs, it is our responsibility to determine the extent of any existing damage or improper work so we can ensure safe, reliable results and stand behind our repairs with confidence. Diagnostic charges are not guesses they reflect the professional time, testing, and expertise required to accurately evaluate complex vehicle issues. While another shop may have taken a different approach or provided a quicker repair, we will never overlook underlying concerns or bypass necessary testing just to reduce cost or turnaround time. We stand by our process, our technicians, and the integrity of our work.
