Really bad customer service. Kind of Ironic I did a bad review about "Alby" in the past (no one got back to me about this) and this time I service my car again with him. To make the history short I went to review about "Alby" in the past (no one got back to me about this) and this time I service my car again with him. To make the history short I went to the BMW in fort lauderdale because I had a flat tire and as soon as I sat in the desk "alby" told me that my car was due for service (my car is only 28.000 miles and I didnt had any lights on) I tried to ask for an explanation why because he said that it was due a while back and he never gave me a reason, I even call the dealership on saturday and the person who answer was rude and basically told me that it was due and that was it. Also, when I went to pick up my car "alby" didnt even take the delicacy of sitting down with me and explaining what was done to my car, he just told me to go to the cashier and pay and they will give me my car. To be honest an awful experience that have even make me reconsider not purchasing a bmw again. The only good thing there si the valet service who even help me to find which tire was replaced. They did a huge job. They fixed an oil leak, which involves to take a part the engine into several parts to get to the problem - leak. Also the air suspension leak was fixt. Only a small detail escaped them to do after all, and makes me "confused". They forget (probably used to be very busy) to reset trip computer for oil change and steel show is left to drive only 3000 miles, but I have reset it myself, it was easy and pleasure for me to be able to "contribute" with something. The BMW dealership of Fort Lauderdale turns out to be the worst of them all! They will do everything to convince you to buy their cars with the “ extended warranty” which is practically a joke. When there worst of them all! They will do everything to convince you to buy their cars with the “ extended warranty” which is practically a joke. When there’s some problem with the car nothing is covered, and the warranty that they’ve worked hard of selling you is worthless! It covers almost nothing! It’s better not to waste money over it. The staff members are rude, careless. They are not trying to help when a problem arises. I will never buy a car from the Fort Lauderdale BMW dealership- it’s a waste of time and money. More
