My salesman Brian Denight was knowlegeable and professional. The buying experience was stress free and without any games or hassles. He offered me a fair price during the first conversation. He followed up in a timely manner without becoming pushy or excessive. Randy took care of making the arrangements for picking up my previous BMW and delivery my new one - allowing for an easy transition with minimum contact. Michael in the finance department took care of the process over the phone and thru docu-sign again making the process easy and no contact. The remaining step will be for me to meet with the BMW genius at some point in the future for set-up and training on car options. More

Very poor experience here. The Salesperson seemed disinterested in selling me a car and was just plain rude. It legitimately felt like a stereotypical tacky used car salesman experience. If you are assigned “Jerry” as your salesperson run out the door. My experience at all of the other local dealers was actually quite pleasant so there are plenty of good options in our area. More

Mary is the best I went to BMW within two weeks of purchasing my car from a dealership and it started having issues. I took it to vista BMW by my house but the service I went to BMW within two weeks of purchasing my car from a dealership and it started having issues. I took it to vista BMW by my house but the service was awful and assisted in no way possible, so I decided to take my car to BMW Fort Lauderdale since they are all privately ran. I met Mary the ABSOLUTE BEST service adviser and she got everything taken care for me and was so sweet. If you ever go to this location I HIGHLY recommend asking for Mary. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. More

Great Experience - Repeat Customer David Holley and Steve Ghoulami are excellent. I had bought a BMW from Steve several years ago. He treated me as a VIP customer. He provided discounts that no other dealer offered me or could provide. He beat the best price, and then some. He knew exactly what I wanted to pay and made sure that I got the best deal. There was no strong arming. He even called to get an additional $1,000 for my trade to make sure the deal would go through. David was a great sales person. He initially told me to come the next day since he was tied up. When I showed up unannounced, he made sure that we were not rushed and properly attended to the entire time. He searched the whole dealership for the right car, which was just delivered and not ready to be shown. He got it cleaned and gas in no time so I can drive it. Great service by Steve and David! Finance person was not the most friendly though. More
