New 6-series purchase attempt I'm newly back to the area for work and looking to order an M6 Gran Coupe. Walked into the showroom, which is literally crawling with staff, fully ins I'm newly back to the area for work and looking to order an M6 Gran Coupe. Walked into the showroom, which is literally crawling with staff, fully inspected and sat in no less than 4 6-series over the course of maybe 15 minutes, then began looking at a coupe outside. Not ONCE was I given even a glance by one staff member. Not a look, not a greeting, and certainly not anything resembling actual assistance. This is literally my third time inside of this dealer showroom with the exact same experience. At the last visit, 7 promptly walked out and ordered my 4-series from another dealer. Extremely pretentious attitude throughout, as if they don't need my business. This dealership has lost another sale, now for twice as much. Terrible and very disappointing. More

Thanks for the big egos / love my Hyundai ! Lease expired, went to this dealer to drop off the car --- asked to look at & test drove a 5-Series. After i mentioned i was comparing the car to a H Lease expired, went to this dealer to drop off the car --- asked to look at & test drove a 5-Series. After i mentioned i was comparing the car to a Hyundai Genesis, everyone gave me the cold shoulder & walked away like a bomb went off. I wasn't surprised to see that no one from BMW bothered to follow up with me on the price of a new lease .... thanks to them, I am now the proud lessor of a 2016 Genesis for $ 430/month w/$ 1K down, fully loaded (not nickel & dimed for every little option as you find on BMW's). Thanks for the tremendous egos everyone, you made my decision very easy & I'm more than happy with my choice. More
