While visiting family in Crestview, my M240i convertible develops a thump and a noise Many thanks and more thanks to Chris in the service department. While visiting family in Crestview, my M240i convertible develops a thump and a noise coming from the front end. Of course I’m in panic mode because my car is not right and being so far from home. So I’m directed to BMW of Fort Walton Beach. I go in all upset and Chris comes out to greet me. I explain the problem and that’s all it took. After a little bit I was made aware of the problem and quickly put in a loaner. Being that it was Wednesday and I was scheduled to leave on Saturday, I was assured my car would be ready on Friday. True to BMW form, it was ready when promised. I also received several calls from Chris with updates on my car. Now that’s truly 5 star service!!! I can’t say enough about my experience with your dealership. I also bought a house in Crestview while I was there. So,once I move I definitely be bringing my M240i and my 2014 X3 to be serviced there. Thanks again for everything and Chris, you are the best! More

Service Department inept, cant reach anyone, horribly slow. I have had many BMW's over the years in several different areas, this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too especially for service....it I have had many BMW's over the years in several different areas, this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too especially for service....it's not even close. You cant reach anyone, forced to leave message then wait for hours for a call back! This was for a standard fluid change and annual maintenance mind you. You think your being wise by making an appointment ahead of time then come to find out 5 hours later they were just getting to it and it would "definitely" be ready in the morning, of course I missed the call telling me this tried to call back 5 minutes later and of course no one answers. I would find the whole thing blasphemous if I didn't stop to think where we live, unfortunate this is our only option unless we want to drive to Pensacola. More
