Service dept did unethical stuff like telling me that I needed two new tires bc of work treads. The car had 7700 miles & I had tire & wheel service contract. My advisor Tracey said that the company would not cover the wear & tear. Why? Because it was soooo minimal wear & tear that it was not covered & not needed to be replaced.
