My husband and I have bought BMWs for the past 30 years. There were A number of surprises and. “ Bumps in the road” but Throughout the process, he was calm and kind yet efficient, and always cognizant of our concerns and needs I also want to mention Sebastien. Service dept did unethical stuff like telling me that I needed two new tires bc of work treads. The car had 7700 miles & I had tire & wheel service contract. My advisor Tracey said that the company would n needed two new tires bc of work treads. The car had 7700 miles & I had tire & wheel service contract. My advisor Tracey said that the company would not cover the wear & tear. Why? Because it was soooo minimal wear & tear that it was not covered & not needed to be replaced.
