It was frustrating buying a car during Coronavirus but Alex was a pro all the way and made me feel comfortable and that I could trus of my questions. I find the service there to be reliable and dependable. My Service Adviser, Kevin Cunningham is wonderful. His knowledge and expertise in the workings of my car is unbelievable. He always advises me on what would be the best thing to do, in order to keep my vehicle performing at it's best. I know when I leave my car there, it will get the best possible care, If I ever have a problem, I can trust that Kevin will have it taken care of. in a timely fashion. I have always been impressed with his ability to answer all of my concerns to the best of his ability. He is polite, respectful and always a gentleman. I was contacted by Mrs. Moore to see if I was interested in a new car. I was and we made an appointment. I was contacted again by Mrs. Moore to confirm our appointment. When I arrived for our appointment mr in a new car. I was and we made an appointment. I was contacted again by Mrs. Moore to confirm our appointment. When I arrived for our appointment mrs. Moore wasn't there to meet with me.they passed me off to someone else. I find this disrespectful. I made an appointment with you and you can't even have the decency to meet with me? You want me to spend anywhere from $25000 to over $100000 on a car and you can't meet with me. Then when they checked the carfax on my car they said I had an accident and had to lower my car's trade in value .when I asked to see the carfax because I know that I haven't had one since I've owned the car from new and confirmed that with my insurance .they wouldn't show me. I don't recommend buying a car from them for their shady dealings I give them minus stars! More
