I picked up my new BMW at the Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC, and drove it straight to 100 Cleveland Avenue, Freeport, NY. I have been taking it there for service ever since. I find the service there to be reliable and dependable. My Service Adviser, Kevin Cunningham is wonderful. His knowledge and expertise in the workings of my car is unbelievable. He always advises me on what would be the best thing to do, in order to keep my vehicle performing at it's best. I know when I leave my car there, it will get the best possible care, If I ever have a problem, I can trust that Kevin will have it taken care of. in a timely fashion. I have always been impressed with his ability to answer all of my concerns to the best of his ability. He is polite, respectful and always a gentleman. I was contacted by Mrs. Moore to see if I was interested in a new car. I was and we made an appointment. I was contacted again by Mrs. Moore to confirm our appointment. When I arrived for our appointment mr in a new car. I was and we made an appointment. I was contacted again by Mrs. Moore to confirm our appointment. When I arrived for our appointment mrs. Moore wasn't there to meet with me.they passed me off to someone else. I find this disrespectful. I made an appointment with you and you can't even have the decency to meet with me? You want me to spend anywhere from $25000 to over $100000 on a car and you can't meet with me. Then when they checked the carfax on my car they said I had an accident and had to lower my car's trade in value .when I asked to see the carfax because I know that I haven't had one since I've owned the car from new and confirmed that with my insurance .they wouldn't show me. I don't recommend buying a car from them for their shady dealings I give them minus stars! More
What a horrible experience here. I saw a car on their website and multiple other websites sites for 45.7k, and I called and emailed the dealership, all confirmed the price, I said I want to proceed and p website and multiple other websites sites for 45.7k, and I called and emailed the dealership, all confirmed the price, I said I want to proceed and purchase the vehicle, the sales manager had one of the sales rep text me on what terms I wanted and I sent him everything, he then came back with a ridiculous quote for me, I told him that quote doesn’t seem right, he says it’s a mistake and he will send me the right quote, He then texts me back 10 mins later and says the price online is not correct and the car is 52k now, from 45k to 52k. He also says they have to change the price online (which still hasn’t changed btw) I’m thinking the sales rep wanted to give it to someone he knows or whatever the reason may be. unbelievable. Never in my life have I experienced this. More
UPDATE!!! NOTHING RESOLVED!!! From 1/7/2020 up until now, I have received NO HELP! Carlo asked me to send pics of my vehicle as well as my registration, and asked would I like to be placed in another vehicle. I said that could be an option, and if that wasn't feasible, then I would like to be given the warranty that I was told I was purchasing for over 3k...which was supposed to be everything covered EXCEPT TIRES. Since then, all I've been getting is the run around, and until this very day CARLO still ignores my texts. I went to see him one time with my mother, and he made it seem like he wanted to help, but thats not the case. He even told me that his manager said that I shouldn't be having all these issues with a car that I've only had for a year. I've yet to be helped. The only thing Carlo has addressed was having my glove compartment fixed, which shouldn't have been coming apart on a vehicle I've had for a year. Yet, he's done NOTHING to help me with my main concerns. He's shown me several vehicles, but wanted me to give over 7k as a down payment and pay a car not for over 1k dollars monthly. I advised him that it would be too much for me. I haven't heard anything since then about anything. What I don't get is, you guys sold me BASICALLY A LEMON CAR, yet you want me to give you more money? How is that helping me when you want me to pay you more money to get out of a messed up car that you sold me under false pretenses? Help me understand that! More
A+ Bought a car from out of State I had the pleasure of working with Alex on an out of State car purchase. There were no last minute dealer fees or charges. After we agreed to a price, the only additional charges were taxes and registration.
