He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and someone who really helped me find the right vehicle for me at a competitive price I was happy with. He took the time asking the right questions and finding just the right vehicle in stock with colors and options I wanted without extra packages that I did not need which really helps with the price in this type of vehicle. Keith is great with following up with a question I had after taking delivery. He puts his cell number on his business card! Sales Manager Farhan Bakht was also great during the whole process. These guys for a luxury brand dealer are very good guys and are very approachable, not at all pretentious that you may see at other dealers. More

BEWARE-BMW of Freeport is the WORST BMW of Freeport has one of the worst customer service from the front desk all the way to senior management. The Sales (New) Department are not properl BMW of Freeport has one of the worst customer service from the front desk all the way to senior management. The Sales (New) Department are not properly trained on what exactly they are selling. During the time I was at the dealership, I asked the sales rep I was working with whether the car I picked comes with All-Season tires. He repeatedly told me yes and even got up to ask another colleague. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case! They neglected to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, in particular the tires I had asked them about more than once. They allowed me as the customer to drive off under the assumption the car was equipped to what I had specifically asked for when in fact it was not the case. To me, it seems like making the sale was more important than safety! Dealing with the management team was a complete nightmare. Lack of professionalism from all parties I was in contact with, including the managing director of the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
