I was looking around at several deal Jacqueline is an outstanding salesperson and a person of her word. I recently traded in my 2015 X5 for a 2017 X5. I was looking around at several dealerships trying to get the best offer. Everyone gave me good numbers but when we went to complete the deal, the numbers became higher than initially quoted. When I met with Jacqueline she gave me exactly what I was looking for and then some, and at a price, I was willing to pay. She kept her word and made the process seamless without any headaches or inflated numbers at the end. It has truly been a pleasure working with such a professional and a person who truly knows the meaning of Customer Service. Keep up the great work Jacqueline More

From the moment I walked into the dealership I realized I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at This dealership has changed that preset. From the moment I walked into the dealership I realized that it would be a different experience. I was cordially greeted and made comfortable while I waited for the client advisor. Keith Lindsay was the advisor who worked with me from start to finish and it was a pleasure he was very knowledgeable of his cars and he was able to satisfactorily advise me inspite of my limitations so I was able to happily drive out of the dealership in a 2018 3 Series BMW. My overall experience was very pleasant and I am again believing there are people who will go the extra mile to make wonderful things happen. More

BMW Recovery Leased my last BMW here. Had a bad experience with the service and body work department. Xeno Sideropolous and Sam Hilas made leasing our 2017 BMW 330 Leased my last BMW here.
