AWESOME I want to start by saying, I do not just give 5 star ratings. This dealership really has earned my trust and my appreciation. I've had my vehicle serviced a few times by them and every time they have been patient and through and went beyond the call of duty. Example, I purchased my car by a third party company. I drove the car for two weekd and had to bring the car in for service because of the brakes. I was on vaction due to go out of state and I couldn't drive my car in this condition. I spoke to a Service Advisor named Kevin Cunningham. This man is ACE'S across the board. He spoke to them and the company agreed to fix the brakes and rotors without me have to through another 800.00 on them (this service was suppose to be covered under my warranty and this third party was about to have my warranty voided) laziness and greed are evil. Kevin was literally the light at the end of this tunnel. Thank you Mr. Cunningham. I will be coming back again. 7.3.17 I came in today for my rear parking lamp light to be checked. I also have to get a new battery for my key. I also, came to him for a quote for an exetended warranty on my BMW 328 XI DRIVE XI really don't trust going anywhere else. Thank you Kevin. More

We were greeted by Mr. Canty with a warm and welcoming smile, exceptional customer service and professionalism. Boyd listened to our needs and concerned and showed us quite a few different options even though my dad lingered towards the M4 that sat perfectly in the show room. After a few days of tossing the idea around and working out the figures that wouldn't change our lifestyle we agreed on the M4. Boyd was patient the entire time, understanding, compromising and overall excellent. He did not pressure us into a sale or making any on spot decisions. My dad and I are both excited to break in our new baby, we will truly enjoy the car (even though it's more for me :) haha. Thank you again Boyd ! You are amazing it was a pleasure working with you ! Great Experience! I have purchased my last three cars via the internet because the price was always better and I hated dealing with the dealership drama. The team of Al, Carlos and Rob at BMW of Freeport changed all of that for my yesterday. We brought home a mint 6 series and the dealership experience was a 10 out 10. I kept waiting for the surprise to happen or for something to go wrong and it never did. I want to give a special call out to Rob, the Finance manager. I thought I was going to get the hard sell on a bunch of things that I didn't need and he was just the opposite. He took the time to explain everything to me and worked up fair pricing for the options that I wanted to take with my car. He was really a pleasure to deal with and a great guy! It is really refreshing to deal with honest, ethical and genuinely caring people at a dealership. I cant say enough about these guys. They work hard to make your car buying experience a pleasurable one. I highly recommend BWM of Freeport. More
