I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush at all. She was so excited to go over all the models I was interested in and she gave me different alternatives (ex: colors, accessories, etc) to fit my budget. She worked diligent to get me a good deal. The next morning i went to pick up my car :) she then took over an hour to show me all the features and make sure i left the dealership completely familiar with the car. She made my experience great and I am glad i made the switch to BMW. I highly recommend her! More

Service Brought my car into this dealership with an issue. It was the third time in a year that I have brought it in for the same thing. I was billed for 6 ho Brought my car into this dealership with an issue. It was the third time in a year that I have brought it in for the same thing. I was billed for 6 hours of work and it took over a week for them to fix the problem. When they finished the service, there were wire clippings left all over the passenger seat and in the back of the car. It took 45 minutes for me to pick it up once service was complete. Overall a terrible experience from start to finish. More

Great new car sales and CPO sales I bought a new 2017 x3 fir the wife and Matt handled everything great. Great price and service whenever you need him to clarify or get something done. Two months later I went back and got a CPO 2014 x1 and Alex did a great job from start to finish. Fixed up scratches, replaced two tires with chipped rubber on the sidewalls for the CPO x1 before I picked it up and fixed the chipped rim with a written iou after I picked it up. This is not the old Hassel bmw. He even called me to come in for an airbag recall I had no idea about. He went beyond what a sales rep does. Best way to have returning customers is to keep them alive right? I would not hesitate to buy from Freeport bmw. Thank you Matt and Alex. The Service Department I'll write a separate review. But sales was no hassle and down right easy and stress free. Professionalism and respect you expect from the BMW dealer. We all know we paid dearly for. Cha ching. More

Lucy Santiago was superb Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features a Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features all the time) she never got frustrated with me and in the end provided me with the perfect car. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from her and will continue to use only her from now on. You cannot go wrong with her. I recommend her at the highest level. More

They just lost my business I bought my X1 from David three years ago. Came back, as I had a great experience. But this time, I came with someone who had experience leasing cars. I bought my X1 from David three years ago. Came back, as I had a great experience. But this time, I came with someone who had experience leasing cars. The price was too high. 1) He said he was giving me the best deal. 2) He said there were no discounts for being a recent graduate. 3) He tried to sell me a loaner car. I waited a week to see if he would follow up with a better offer. Lastly, and what clinched it, is the bad info I got from most everyone regarding my end of lease inspection. Too frustrating to relive, but I made a point to let Freeport BMW know how upset I was. I ended up going with another dealer and saved $2k on down payment and about $100 on my monthly payment. Got a $1000 off for being a college graduate and walked away with a full loaded X3. My advice to come consumers: Its okay to be loyal to the BMW brand, but know that dealerships are not all equal.
