Best BMW dealer I ever bought from I feel like a big shot when I go to the showroom or the service center. Everyone knows me and greets me as if I am their most important customer. My service adviser, Greg, goes out of his way to get things done for me,. Because of him, I have stayed with BMW. I considered Mercedes, but I would then lose Greg as my adviser. Yes, he is that good! I am now driving my 10th BMW, but I never had service as I get from Greg. Everyone at the service garage greets me and treats me well. My previous BMW dealer was hit or miss, and frequently miss. I have come in with emergencies such as 2 punctured tires, and they made sure they took me in immediately and and either gave me a loaner or drove me to work, without an appointment. My previous dealer had a great sales department, but the service garage was lacking. Boyd,, in sales, is very patient, as I am not the easiest of customer to please. I bought 2 cars from him. He is honest and tries his best to do right by you. More

No stress repairs I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. She was wonderful, worked within my price range for a lease - could not be more attentive. Liked her so much when my husband needed a car I got a 430i Grande Coupe from her too - we just got it two days ago. Jacqueline is the best - we got rid of two Audi Q5s and I could not be happier with our new BMWs. I put a ton of miles on the X3 and went for the 5000 mile service (included) and they were wonderful - I've dealt with this dealership years ago when we had 2 X5s and it's a totally different place - NEW AND IMPROVED!
