This is my third car from Freeport BMW and my second time working with Alex and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the car I f working with Alex and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the car I felt most comfortable in. Over the course of a few months, we tested everything…electric models, trucks, new and used. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. He was patient, thoughtful, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit. One moment that stood out was when I was sitting at his desk and his wife called. He casually asked her how she liked her new electric BMW …she said she loves her electric car. That gave me the confidence to test one out myself for a few days. Ultimately, I chose the 2025 BMW 330 with red interior. It’s absolutely stunning. On delivery day, Alex took his time walking me through all the new features and upgrades from my 2021 model. He made sure I felt fully comfortable before I drove off. From the Alex at the sales department to Yamilet at the service department, and everyone and every department in between, Freeport BMW consistently delivers top-notch service. …and let me not forget the lease return department, so amazing. There’s not enough room here to describe every positive moment throughout this journey, but the one constant has been Alex’s patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
