Did because what RoBert did was try to sell me xxxx first instead of trying to help me out… my experience use to be 5 out of 5 stars here until my last 2 visits then I brought my truck ask Chris if I still have warranty he calmly explain that I did extend the warranty but only for 36,000 more miles not until 75,000 miles like I did with the maintenance warranty. My experience was excellent, coming from Brooklyn to Freeport was worth the trip. This is a top of the line service center. From the moment you enter the facility the professionalism was non stop. My service advisor Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable he handled his business well. What i liked about him, me as a female with minimal knowledge about mechanical issues Michael not only t knowledgeable he handled his business well.
