Here is my story: I want to share what an absolute delight it was to come and trade in my Mercedes Benz for a BMW last night. The entire process was exceptional from the start with the internet request to the financing and finally to driving off in the vehicle last night. Your staffs were phenomenal starting with Ricky Lopez who assisted in helping me select the right vehicle to match my desires. Even though it was late, Ricky never rushed me or made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. He even scheduled for me to return today so he could take some more time and show me the rest of the features on my car and give me the second key that we could not locate last night. Mr. Darell Cox was a real marvel in helping me determine that I needed to make the switch from being a long time Mercedes Benz owner to moving over and letting BMW care for my transportation needs. Mr. Cox was also instrumental in assisting me find the right vehicle so I could drive home in a BMW as I requested. Ms Paulette Obrien is a real angel and made the finance portion of the transaction painless and easy. She even found me a better interest rate today from what was quoted last night. Ms Paulette was wonderful and thorough in making sure I understood my options and making sure that I had purchased the essential coverage for my security and long term enjoyment of my new vehicle. After being a loyal and long term Mercedes Benz customer for more that 15 years, I am truly pleased with making the switch to BMW. I am very comfortable in stating that BMW is my preferred car maker and everyone should have the same luxurious experience that I have been afforded. I am so pleased that the rest of my family and friends will be referred to Desert BMW from now on and encouraged to trade in their Mercedes Benz's for a better BMW. Henderson BMW gave me an excellent deal on a new 3 series. The car was for my daughter as a gift and they were aware of it. I really enjoyed my experience with the service department when I took it in for my used X5 that I had just purchased. Took my car to this service department & delt directly with the Service Manager and shop foreman. They resolved the problem my car was having and did the job fast. Desert BMW of Henderson has turned out to be UNETHICAL AND GREEDY. I have 3 BMW's purchased from Desert BMW of Henderson. I also have a lease that I wanted to purchase at the end of its term. The dealer AND GREEDY. I have 3 BMW's purchased from Desert BMW of Henderson. I also have a lease that I wanted to purchase at the end of its term. The dealership raised residual once they found out that my car was under the milage allowable and would not work out a fair deal. The original price of my 2006 750LI was 86K, but after a 3 year lease, that totaled 55K they wanted to charge me another 55K making the vehicle cost over $110,0000. Why would anyone pay $110,000 for a 3 year old vehicle when the original sticker price was $86,000? They have lost a loyal BMW customer to Audi. I would not recomend purchasing from an unethical dealer such as Desert BMW of Henderson, because they treat their clients not as intelligent consumers, but only feed on their own greed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

Took my 03' 325i to get the windows tinted, since they added that to the price of the car when the windows weren't tinted. Picked the car up late that night, and found that the back window and left back w added that to the price of the car when the windows weren't tinted. Picked the car up late that night, and found that the back window and left back window had creases and bubbles in the tint. Also found a pretty bad scratch on the driver's door. Took it in the next day to have it fixed. Had to go to another tinting company and explain it to them. Took a week to get an appointment. Scratch was taken out and side tint replaced, but still not satisfied with the way my car was handled. More
