The service writer has anger issues and in my opinion needs more training on dealing with customers. He was rude and made me feel I didn’t have the right to ask any questions and spoke to me embarrassing needs more training on dealing with customers. He refused to give me time to read his written responses of the work needed for my 430i. When I questioned his reasoning with the mechanic> he raised his voice against me with his mouth quivering in anger which made the situation very uncomfortable between me and the mechanic which the mechanic had to pause in his explanation of the repairs needed for my vehicle. I left feeling humiliated and that my business is not welcome there and I’m considering speaking to a attorney. I have find some other company to repair my vehicle and if he’s allowed to continue with that behavior—I’m sure it will show up in the numbers. More
