We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to receive a loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. There now having to replace the whole AC compressor loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. There now having to replace the whole AC compressor and still after 5 days later it’s still not working and a foul smell is coming out giving me a severe headache. More

The dealership is great except for one thing people that wash your car I need to improve their work.I was told that my car would be detailed when I pick it up it was not even washed. It still looked the sa wash your car I need to improve their work.I was told that my car would be detailed when I pick it up it was not even washed. It still looked the same was when I brought it in and when I taken it there it was wash an clean. I could still see where the service technician hand prints.I still think these guys are great except for the person who detailed your car One more thing I was with out a loaner car for seven days this is not the first time that this has happened. Professional and Friendly staff. I was greeted soon as I pulled up. Told my service guy was with someone but they would be right with me.
