The professional staff that I mentioned above have all contributed to me being very happy that I bought a BMW, and that I bought it from Hudson Valley BMW. There are six BMW's in my family, from Colorado contributed to me being very happy that I bought a BMW, and that I bought it from Hudson Valley BMW. There are six BMW's in my family, from Colorado to Albany; and all my brothers love their cars, but none have quite the feeling that I do for their dealers. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships throughout my driving life, but no one matches Nikki as the main person who greets me, gives advice and takes care of my loaner. I hope to add another BMW this fall, if Tim can find me a 3 Series with fold down seats. I really need them for two or three golf bags! I plan on continuing my relationship with Hudson Valley BMW for years to come. More

She is always very polite and helpful whenever I arrive no matter what time of the day it is or no matter how busy she is. She is very knowledgeable of the staff and who she needs to speak with to get things done. The free car wash service is awesome and it is so nice to pick up a clean car whenever I bring my vehicle in. John Spina has been very helpful in tracking items that are included in the warranty whenever I bring my car in. More
