Even without an appointment, the car was reviewed for issues that same day, and Joanna took the time to explain the problems with the vehicle and the repairs that were necessary to correct them. When I needed a rental vehicle over the weekend, she made arrangements with local rental agencies and took the extra time to follow up to ensure that I had the vehicle I needed. While diagnosing and fixing problems is their job, and they performed this well, it is the high degree of customer care that was exhibited that sets this dealer apart from others that I have dealt with in the past. Joanna followed up in a timely manner about the status of my vehicle, and followed up to ensure that I had secured the rental car. This high degree of concern makes me comfortable to deal with this dealership whenever I am in the area and in need of service. More

It was more than i expected but Joanna took time to explain everything in detail, then to my delight I received an email file totally breaking down the work, price and reason (GREAT IDEA. Then the next morning Joanna called me to make sure I received the email and understood it. I was so satisfied with the level of service I had the Gold detail package thrown in.
