This guy is supposed to be the "Sales Manager". He made me a offered me a price on a new car, then called me back to tell me he couldn't honor the price he quoted me. service department made up work to do that cost over $800 then when we left the original issue was still there and they wanted another $1,000 to fix that! rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I brought in my car because of an intermitent radio signal; which I've been told sounds like a short rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I brought in my car because of an intermitent radio signal; which I've been told sounds like a short circuit ( the audio comes and comes intermitently, I am able to unpair/pair cell phone). I was charged for the diagnosis, which I did not mind, but received a lousy reason as to why there's a faulty audio signal - they basically tried to blame me, saying that the radio was dirty bla bla bla. I use the radio normally, on/off and listen to my ipod through the auxilary. Service cleaned the radio and it was working when I left the dealer, but was told "it might malfunction again" at which point I would need to buy a new radio. And surely, within a week, the audio failed again. Now I do not trust this dealer anymore, especially after reading your [rc1dmd] review; the radio diagnostic sounds like a developing pattern is misdiagnoses. More
