I brought my BMW in for service at BMW-HV for an oil change. After talking to the Service Advisor Joanne Holmes, she told me I didn't need an oil change since they are done at 15,000 miles or once a ye change. After talking to the Service Advisor Joanne Holmes, she told me I didn't need an oil change since they are done at 15,000 miles or once a year. Since I always had my previous car's oil change at 3,000 miles (not a BMW), she explained to me that the new synthetic oil doesn't need to be changed so frequently. I appreciated her honesty. I asked if they could check my headlights and I needed an inspection. Joann said it would take about 1 hour. After 45 minutes, my car was ready and it cost me exactly what she said it would. I was very impressed on her professionalism and knowledge of BMWs. Thank you Joann and BMW-HV. At BMW-HV there are no surprises when your car needs service. More
