Everyone that I came into contact with at BMW/Hudson Valley was very friendly--but genuinely so--and went above and beyond to be helpful, and to make my experience carefree and easy. Additionally, they assisted me in exchanging my new car for another new one with lumbar support after I realized I was uncomfortable with the standard one. This could have been costly and difficult, but they made it easy--and likely ate some of the cost. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I have been servicing my certified pre-owned car for over a year at this dealership. They have been very accommodating in picking up my car for service and returning it to me in a timely fashion. They do great work, plus they return my car to me washed and cleaned. I have primarily dealt with Phil and he couldn't be any more pleasant and fair. Had an overall great service experience. Friendly and tentative staff. Nikki at the receptionist desk and Joanne, my service advisor were a pleasure to deal with. Although I have not yet experienced the service component of this dealership, I can say without equivocation that my salesperson, Tim Tamsen provided the most direct, helpful, informative and honest car purc of this dealership, I can say without equivocation that my salesperson, Tim Tamsen provided the most direct, helpful, informative and honest car purchase experience I have ever had. I have been purchasing cars since 1968. Tim not only assisted us by guiding us to a fabulous Certified P.O. 328 iXdrive but literally handled all aspects of registration and spent hours with us explaining the operation of the vehicle with extraordinary patience. This guy is supposed to be the "Sales Manager". He made me a offered me a price on a new car, then called me back to tell me he couldn't honor the price he quoted me. service department made up work to do that cost over $800 then when we left the original issue was still there and they wanted another $1,000 to fix that! Then to top it off we had issues after leaving that then when we left the original issue was still there and they wanted another $1,000 to fix that! rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I brought in my car because of an intermitent radio signal; which I've been told sounds like a short rc1dmd (9/30/10): I had a similar experience; I brought in my car because of an intermitent radio signal; which I've been told sounds like a short circuit ( the audio comes and comes intermitently, I am able to unpair/pair cell phone). I was charged for the diagnosis, which I did not mind, but received a lousy reason as to why there's a faulty audio signal - they basically tried to blame me, saying that the radio was dirty bla bla bla. I use the radio normally, on/off and listen to my ipod through the auxilary. Service cleaned the radio and it was working when I left the dealer, but was told "it might malfunction again" at which point I would need to buy a new radio. And surely, within a week, the audio failed again. Now I do not trust this dealer anymore, especially after reading your [rc1dmd] review; the radio diagnostic sounds like a developing pattern is misdiagnoses. More
